Enter the information about your order that you received in your confirmation email or order receipt.
Our Order Completion Process has five steps:
- Order Confirmation: Upon completion of your purchase (in our shopping cart or your phoned in order) you will receive an email confirming the items and details of your order. An authorization of funds is on your credit/debit card, but your card has not been charged.
- Order Received: Your order is officially in our warehouse order system. All orders received by 3:00 pm Central Time will be processed and shipped that day, stock permitting.
- Item In Process: Your order is waiting for components of the order. These components are most likely in transit to us from different supplier's warehouses across the country.
- Order Completed: Your order is complete, packaged for shipping and awaiting pickup by our freight carrier.
- Shipment Notification Email: Your order has been picked up by our freight carrier (usually UPS). You will receive an email with the shipping tracking number.
