You will learn exactly how we process orders, and the steps we go through to get you your order as quick as possible.

Please do not call the order hotline to check the status of your order – the service representatives do not have access to order status information. If you do call the order hotline to check the status of your order the service representatives will simply refer you to this page to check the status of your order.
Our Order Completion Process
When you place an order with us there are five (5) steps that your order will go through. You will receive an email and/or a phone call from us to notify you as to exactly where your order is in the five step process. The five steps are:
Order Confirmation
When you place an order with us you receive an email confirming your order. This email means that you successfully completed the order placement and checkout process. Also, in this phase we have authorized that your credit card is a valid credit card and “pre-authorized” the dollar amount that you purchased from us. In this phase we have not charged your credit card.
A pre-authorization is simply us authorizing that there are enough funds on your credit card to pay for your purchase.
Order Received By Us
We formally receive and process orders Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays that fall during the business week during the year). This means that if you place your order on Saturday or Sunday we will start working on your order first thing Monday morning.
When we begin to process your order you will receive an email that lets you know we have begun to process your order. This email also contains a link to this ORDER STATUS CENTER – where you can check the status of your order.
In this phase we are cross-checking your order against our in-stock inventory, possibly ordering components of your order for you (if necessary), and beginning to put your order together for prompt shipment to you.
This phase of the order process usually takes between 6 – 24 hours depending upon product levels and availability.
Order “In Process” Of Being Completed
We go to great lengths to ship our customer’s orders as soon as possible. We ship the majority of all of the orders we receive within 12 – 36 hours of receiving them Monday thru Friday. As such, some orders take longer to ship.
There are times when our suppliers/manufacturers have to ship a component of your order to us so that we can then ship it to you. This will usually delay your order 1 – 5 business days, on average.
We go to great lengths to contact our customers if their orders are going to be delayed. We call them to notify them of the delay (and, possibly offer them a comparable product that we may have in stock so that we can ship their order faster). We also email our customers if their order is going to be delayed. We believe strongly in a tremendous amount of communication with our customers.
Orders that are “In Process” are waiting for components of the order. These components are most likely in transit to us from different supplier’s warehouses across the country.
If components of your order are in transit to us from different parts of the country we do not have visibility into exactly where they are in the country. The majority of the parts that we order are in bulk, and shipped via freightliner (so it is extremely hard for us to identify exactly where your exact part is in the country). However, with this said – the longest average time that a part is in transit to us from our supplier’s warehouses is 5 days.
Please do not call the order hotline to inquire about the status of your order if it is “In Process.” Again, remember that we have sent you an email with the latest information that we have about your order. If you call our customer service representatives they will simply refer you to this Order Status Center.
When we receive all of the components of your order – your order will move into the Order Completed phase of the order process.
Order Completed – Being Shipped To You
You will receive an email when your order is complete and shipping to you. In this phase of the order process we will charge your credit card – we only charge your credit card when your order is leaving our warehouse and on its way to you.
When we notify you via email that your order is being shipped to you we will also tell you that you will be receiving within 12 – 24 hours a “Shipment Notification” email from UPS. Please be on the lookout for this email – it will have your tracking information for your order in it.

After your order is completed and on its way to you – you will receive an email from UPS entitled “Shipment Notification.” This email contains your tracking information for your order.
