If you find the exact same product that you bought from us for a lower price on another web site, we will refund you 110% of the difference between the lower price and our price. The rules are:

• The product must be currently represented on our website.
• The competitive site cannot be an auction site.
• The price of an item is considered to be the delivered cost of that product, which may also include shipping and handling charges.
• We must be notified of the lower price within 10 days of your purchase.

Here is what you need to do:

• Order the product that you need from us.
• If you find the exact same product that you bought from us at another site for a cheaper price please call us at the toll-free number listed above with your order number and the address of the site where you found the product (and directions of how to find the product).
• We will verify the information and give you a discount equal to 110% of the difference, and email you with your new total.

Here is an example of how our 110% Price Protection Guarantee would work:

You buy a product from us that costs $100. You find the same product a few days later for $90. You contact us with the address of the website where you found the item for $90. We verify the information that you provided. We would then issue a credit of $11.00 to the credit card that you used when you bought the item from us - $10.00 for the difference in price plus $1.00 for the additional 10% owed under the 110% Price Protection Guarantee. That's it! It's as simple as that!
