QS 9000 is a quality-control system developed by the Big Three automakers. Each year, Hidden Hitch is audited to uphold these standards.

Safety is paramount, and Hidden Hitch is committed to building only trustworthy products. All of their products are tested in their world-class facility to exceed V-5/CSA standards. In 1999, their lab became ISO/IEC SAE guide 25 accredited. It is a high-tech facility that simulates real life conditions over expected product life cycles.
