What Are T-Connectors?

T-Connectors are vehicle specific wiring which lets you quickly and easily hook your trailer lights to your tow vehicles wiring. There are over 1,350 vehicle applications.

Use our Trailer Wiring Lookup to find the correct T-Connector or OEM replacement wiring harness for your tow vehicle.

What are Brake Controllers?

Brake controls help maximize stopping power and trailer brake action. Brake controls are required in all 50 states, although all 50 states don't have the same requirements.

Timed Activated Brake Controls

Time based brake controls are the most economical. They usually don't offer as smooth a stop as other brake controls. You may have to adjust them for city or highway driving. Plus, there is somewhat increased trailer brake wear.

Inertia Brake Controls

Inertia brake controls are also economical. They do provide a smoother stop than timed brake controls. They also have more setup adjustments available. Inertia brake controls do require specific mounting locations.

Proportional Brake Controls

Proportional brake controls offer smoother stops than other brake controls. They also create less trailer brake wear and do not need constant adjusting.

Brake Control Wiring

Brake controller wiring is vehicle specific. Use our Brake Controller Wiring Guide to find the correct brake control wiring for your vehicle.
